In order to improve and continue our Quality Management System, from the inspection and certification foundation TÜV SÜD we have received our ISO 9001 : 2000 certificate. Our company, is a foundation which along with its quality policy sincerely adopted the principle of “ QUALITY IN SERVICE, PERSISTANCE IN QUALITY”. This way we believe that we can provide more productive and high quality service.
We pay attention to our customer’s wishes and complains fast and efficiently and make neccessary ammendments as soon as possible. Customer reviews related to the service provided are taken, so that the service quality and efficiency is above the upper levels. We take the good communication and team work seriously believing the idea of happy worker therefore happy customer.
Calibration, validation, programming processes of the equipments which are used to continue the safety of the test results, are done carefully and all necessary documents are stored neatly in order. In the same manner in order to improve the performance of the stuff and their self-development, constant education programs are arranged. Also it is provided for them to attend the seminary and courses which are arranged by private and official foundations. We give education to our stuff in subjects such as doing the tests without any errors, error inventory which affects the result, uncertainty in measurement, health and safety in work in order to improve their self-development.
